Musk serves as the only director of the business, which was recently formed in Nevada. Jared Birchall, the director of Musk’s family offices, acts as the company’s secretary.
Musk has a history of working on AI initiatives; in the past, he co-founded OpenAI. But lately, he has been outspoken about his worries about the potential bias and lack of truth-seeking in ChatGPT and other AI models.
