According to Issa Al-Hudhali, the Director General of Statistics at the Grand Mosque of Mecca in Saudi Arabia, there were approximately 7 million, 42 thousand, and 320 pilgrims over the first eight days of Ramadan.

“The average time of saa’i and circumambulation is estimated at around an hour and 47 minutes during this period,” Al-Hudhali said, according to the Saudi sources, “showing that 364 thousand and 80 packages of Zamzam water were distributed inside the al-Mataf dish.”
