There are some motorcycles in Japan that are exclusively for the Japanese market. Many of these models are specially designed for the local market.
Most often these bikes are scooters like the Yamaha X Force, a sports scooter with a 155cc single cylinder engine. Although reserved for the Japanese market at the moment, the new X-Force will be a welcome addition on European soil.
Now, Yamaha has updated the seat size of its scooter to fit the physique of many riders in Japan. The result is the same under-seat storage space, but 30mm lower.
However, while this model’s arrival in continental Europe was not Yamaha’s intention, his 125cc version in Europe would be most welcome.
